  • A push to  continuously learn and develop,

  • Develop our marketing/PR/communication strategy with our management and business development team, and take the ownership of its in-line implementation 

  • Take the full ownership of coordination of our brand building online and offline activities 

  • Own your budget, analyse the impact of campaigns, share your insights with the management team and continuously improve our marketing effort 

  • Manage our online presence and offline appearance (events) to improve and maintain and strengthen the brand of edUcate 

  • Manage edUcate's social media accounts 

  • Create and manage content, leverage our inhouse Agile Coach team 

  • Cultivate sales and leads, support our business development efforts 

  • Keep in touch with the press, PR agencies, conference organizers, etc.  

  • Manage our professional communities 

  • Work on edUcate development projects, such as new products or services, growth opportunities 

  • Proactively support our engagement teams with communication and project management 





  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, client or public relationship management in an agency or a corporate environment 

  • Knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. A marketing degree is welcomed but not required 

  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing experience is a must 

  • Strong writing skills, journalist skills, and content creation skills, blogging experience 

  • Excelling at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and offline  

  • Strong system thinking, structuring, and analytical skills 

  • Business and agile acumen and understanding is preferred 

  • Experience in project-, office- and stakeholder management is preferred 

  • Demonstrated creativity  

  • High personal effectiveness: prioritization of own workload 

  • English language in working proficiency, another language is a plus 

  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, understanding, listening) and team player attitude 

  • Can-do attitude, result-driven personality, and openness to learn 

  • Personal ownership for having „student of being agile” mindset 

  • Entrepreneurial in getting things done and passion for innovation 

  • Be open to receive feedback; be bold to offer feedback and your opinion in how to improve things (either in your own field or in other parts of the company). And don’t be afraid in getting things done and helping each other out.  

  • Independence in your daily work, ownership in your tasks and sincerity if you fail – and learning from it 

  • Thriving in a constantly-changing, ever evolving environment (and we really mean that: it is completely normal that you have different POs or reiterate the communication plan according to the changing market in every quarter)
