AS AN ENGAGEMENT MANAGER YOU

Foster positive relationships with our clients
-
Work directly with one or multiple clients and our engagement teams on-site: Guide 3-10 agile coaches, trainers and consultants to achieve lasting impact with the engagements

Coach and inspire organizations and their senior leaders and stakeholders to develop a supportive culture that fosters learning and success and to adapt agile methodologies to suit their businesses’ constraints

Act as a change agent and help all levels of organization on the way of transformation aligned with engagement team

Guide our engagement team to achieve trusted advisor and thought partner status at our partner companies

Take part in business development, help us grow our continuing relationships with our clients as well as seek new value-creating opportunities

Are responsible for your engagements end-to-end, including engagement scoping, commercials, resource allocation and quality assurance on delivery

Requirements
◾️
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
◾️ Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager, plus minimum 2 years of experience in management/business/innovation consulting or in a corporate business environment
◾ Experience in transformation projects, change management, organization development, project management office and stakeholder management
◾ Experience in managing engagements, working with the C-suite, developing client relations and business development
◾ Servant leadership mindset and experience with working with autonomous teams
◾ Strong business acumen and understanding of how businesses work
◾ Strong system thinking, structuring and analytical skills
◾ High personal effectiveness: prioritization and accomplishment of own workload, as well as in overseeing a team’s work
◾️ English language in working proficiency
◾ Strong inter-personal skills (communication, presentation, understanding, listening)
◾️ Can-do attitude, result-driven personality and openness to learn
◾️ Entrepreneurial attitude in getting things done and passion for innovation
◾️ Experience in coaching, training methodologies and change management is an
advantage
◾️ IT understanding is an advantage
