AS A JUNIOR / MEDIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT
-
Work directly with one or multiple clients and our engagement teams on-site and remote
-
Organize and execute assigned business projects
-
Perform assessments of a problematic situation and suggest alternative solutions
-
Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of consulting methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
-
Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
-
Formulate and present recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
-
Develop detailed business plans, cost-benefit analyses, business cases and models
-
Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
-
Duties also include:

Market and data analysis;

Primary research, including designing and conducting interviews and surveys;

Creating reports, proposals and presentations;

Improving processes;

Requirements
◾️
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management/business/innovation consulting or in a corporate business environment
-
Experience in client communication and stakeholder management
-
Experience in transformation projects, change management, organisation development, project management office is a huge plus
-
Business acumen and understanding of how businesses work
-
Strong system thinking, structuring and analytical skills
-
High personal effectiveness: prioritisation and accomplishment of own workload
-
English language in working proficiency
-
Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, presentation, understanding, listening)
-
Can-do attitude, result-driven personality and openness to learn
-
Entrepreneurial attitude in getting things done and passion for innovation
-
Experience in coaching, training methodologies, and change management is an advantage
-
IT understanding is an advantage
