AS A ENGAGEMENT MANAGER YOU

Are thrilling to capture (seek, reveal, understand and formulate) the various client needs coming from several stakeholders of a client organization (the most common: project sponsor, board, mid-management, HR)

Lead our engagement project team (edUcate consultants, agile coaches, coaches, trainers) for fulfilling the captured client needs and ensuring long-term impact, align, coordinate and optimize outcomes for all parties

Enable and ensure that delivery quality is excellent, as well as timely, you drive and implement engagement plans for our clients

Are responsible for defining and maintaining scope and resource needs
-
Develop client relationships through intensive, co-creative interactions with client teams
-
Drive client discussions, challenge & ideate with the client teams and facilitate workshops & discussions

Bring in your own expertise on agile organisation development and build on our pool of innovation consulting/agile/coaching/trainer experts as well when needed for the success of your engagement

Run need-finding, diagnostics, facilitate goal-setting and decision-making workshops, create value stream maps, organograms, frameworks and presentations…, and add what else you think is needed for an excellent delivery of your own workstream

Keep focus on the main goal of our assignment and act as a change agent and thought-partner

Support our business development team in client discovery discussions, prepare and manage proposals, pricing, etc.

Beyond client engagements, you have the opportunity to be involved in the development of future edUcate products and services

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
-
Work experience of minimum 5 years in business / project management / consulting fields
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager / project manager / business or innovation engagement manager in a corporate environment or at a consulting firm
-
Confident experience in leading teams, transformation projects, restructuring, change management, organization development, project management, office and stakeholder management is highly preferred
-
Strong business acumen and understanding of how businesses work
-
Strong system thinking, structuring and analytical skills
-
Organisation design and development expertise
-
High personal efficiency: prioritization of own workload
-
Strong inter-personal skills (communication, presentation, understanding, listening)
-
Can-do attitude, result-driven and openness to learn
-
Entrepreneurial in getting things done and passion for innovation
-
Experience in coaching, training methodologies or in agile transformation is a huge advantage
-
IT experience is an advantage
-
English and Hungarian languages in working proficiency, further languages are an advantage
