+As a business development (BD) team member engage in building a growing sales pipeline by new client acquisitions via contact networks, events and other lead sources

+Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients

+Prepare and manage proposals, presentations and any other materials needed to support and manage successful client meetings

+Own all market research efforts and manage BD reporting to strengthen business forecasting 

+Take part in research and content development activities in cooperation with the BD team to maximise impact and results

+Build, develop and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the support of edUcate’s client teams

+Ensure long-term impact by understanding and translating client needs to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance

+Demonstrate knowledge of B2B service sales and/or management consulting industry/market trends in Hungary 

+Support the preparation and delivery of client events/webinars in cooperation with BD team members

+Work closely and in harmony with other BD team members (including marketing,  comms., capacity and legal) to achieve goals and ensure success

+Active contribution to the development of an innovative recruitment-focused product (validation, scaling)


+2-4 years of B2B service sales experience is a must, preferably from the consulting/training/coaching sector(s) and/or in a corporate environment

+BS/MS degree in business administration/management or related field

+Excellent communication skills

+Advanced English is a must

+Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

+Business & agile acumen and understanding of how businesses work

+Strong system thinking, structuring, organisational and analytical skills

+Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

+Can-do attitude, result-driven and openness to learn

+High personal effectiveness: prioritization of own workload and ownership mindset

+Strong inter-personal skills (communication, presentation, understanding, listening)

+Thriving in a constantly-changing, ever evolving environment


  • Experience in/with coaching, training methodologies or agile transformation

  • Existing, active network among large corporates in Hungary (Central and Eastern Europe is a huge advantage)
